The Invercargill Vegan Society had a lovely August 2013 potluck!
Katharine, Russell, Noelle, Steve, Kerri, Jess attended, with special guests Grant and company :-)
Lentil burgers, springrolls, roast vegetables, Quesadilla, lentil loaf, salad. Strawberry white chocolate muffins, cheesecake, apricot custard square, fudge….. :-)
Roasted vegetables. Potato, pumpkin, parsnip, beetroot served with mixed herbs.

The next day, Jen and Jordan were interviewed by SIT student journalist Olivia about the Invercargill Vegan Society :-) Journalism students had been tasked with writing about a local community group. We are very glad Olivia chose INVSOC, what a great weekend :-)
